Good music, hot weather mas cervezas por favor !!!!

Didn't see the performance of the two first bands Black stone cherry and Prong.
Epica was the first band I saw in this sunny day. Good performance, amazing voice as usual, too bad the sound engineer didn't realize sooner that this was a heavy metal concert and not a rap or something like that.
Bass and drums were too loud, can't hear the voice and the guitars. Second half of the show was much better, we can listen to the beautiful voice of Simone Simons and finally the guitars and keyb sounds perfectly. Pretty good version of "Cry for the moon".

I had a break just after Epica and didn't seen Amon Amarth.

Next band was Tesla, never seen the band on stage before and it was a really good show. Les Paul and Flying V and let's go with some catchy hard rock'n' roll. The audience was a little bit asleep with the sun or maybe the beer :)
Best song was a killing version of Comin atcha live.

Just after we had the beautiful Tarja. She arrived in red and black (with a red mic), maybe she's a fan of Blue öyster cult :) Very impressive vocals, very smiling, with attention to the other members of the band. The sound was very good, and the band performed songs from My winter storm, Nightwish songs and covers. Tarja spoke in spanish during the show and seems happy to be with us :) and i must say Mike Terrana is really a good drummer.
Best songs I walk alone, Die alive, Nemo and a splendid cover of Over the hills and far away.

Just after it was time to eat and drink something, during the show of Apocalyptica. Not a great fan of this band, and found the show boring.

Just after we had Queensryche on stage, and don't know what was wrong with the mic of the singer but seems unhappy with it and the band leaves the stage after performing just five songs....

Anyway next band would perform a whole show and it was the best of this day. Twisted sister is really a stage band and reflects what "live" means.
The show consisted in performing the whole "Stay hungry" album and it was really awesome, especially an amazing version of We're not gonna take it where the audience turns totally crazy.

Another old band after, but still rocking too. Motorhead did the job with mostly old songs, began with Iron fist. Best song was "Ace of spades" and Mickey Dee did a terrific drum solo and proves he's one of the best actual heavy metal drummer. Dee Snider came to sing Killed by death and it was a good moment.

Last band was Warlock, I didn't enjoy the show because it was the middle of the night (3 h), i was tired and i know i had to sleep a little before going back to France. So i left the festival juste after All we are. The show was a very classical heavy metal one, maybe the sound was a little bit too harsh.
