It's been a long time i did not post something from France.
So what we got here ?
Excalibur was a band from North of France, formed around 1982, their first name was Methane.
They made 2 démos in 1984, first was never released. The band made gigs during 3 years and searched for a label but finally disbanded in 1987.
They re formed in 2007 and participated to Raismes festival in 2008. The band seems still active.
Emanes Metal Records reissued a vinyl lp(500ex) in 2008 with their 2 demos and a title live, Heavy metal.
In 2009 same label reissued a cd with much more bonus live, unrealesed songs, rehearsals, and their 2 demos.
This band would have doubtless deserved to find a label, it reminds me H bomb in a more speed version.
